1. Inquire
Click the contact tab at the top and fill out the form. Please let me know if this is portrait or a wedding inquiry. For portraits, please list how many people the session is for, what type of session you are looking for/setting, and anything you would like for me to know. For weddings, please list location of venue, date, and overall aesthetic of your event. The more information provided, the more accurate quote I can provide. Wedding clients will receive an inquiry guide with all package info, FAQ, and a little about me. Custom package design is available upon request. Portrait sessions will receive an inquiry guide pertaining to the type of session requested.
2. Booking
After receiving package info and any client calls completed, if you are interested in booking Stonking Photography for your big day or portrait session you would email saying so and then you will receive a contract link with retainer information on there. Please note no session or wedding is ever held without the completion of a contract and retainer and failing to fill it out upon receipt may result in loss of availability. It is the clients responsibility to read all contracts and terms of conditions. After both items are received, your date is confirmed and you will receive a welcome email with informative guides, links, and information.
3. Delivery
After the wedding or portrait session you will receive your full gallery within 8-12 weeks {weddings} and 2-4 weeks {portraits sessions}. Full day weddings have over 1,000 digital images and full sessions {45 minutes}, have 100+ digital images with a full print release. Weddings will receive a preview of their day within 7 days post wedding day as we know how excited one is to see their images!! Portrait sessions do not have previews in order to expedite the turnaround of galleries.
